Q. Is this site safe to submit my information and place orders?


A. You Becha Ya! We take the highest precautions to ensure that you are protected, safe and secure with special software with lots of Encryption! If you are still concerned please read our “Privacy Policy” and hopefully that makes you feel really good inside and you spend lots of money with us.


Q. Can I track my order online?


A. We will do our best at keeping you posted on all aspects of your order. You should receive a confirmation of your order and that will state that we are processing the order. You will then receive an e-mail when we have shipped the order. We will include a tracking number in that order if we have one.


Q. Can I change my order after I submit it online?


A. We can change your order as long as the item has not been processed and shipped. We highly recommend that you call our customer service as soon as possible.


Q. Can I order an Item without registering with an account?


A. You can place an order but we recommend that you fill out the very brief form to set-up an account. We will always have things that you will need/want for time to time and being a member makes it that much easier. And in the future you will be able to take advantage of our Crazy Buck$.


Q. How do I place an order with out registering?


A. When you add an item to your shopping cart and hit checkout we will ask you to login or checkout as a guest.


Q. How do I pay for my item?


A. We can send out collection guys around to your house or you can just pay like everyone else. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Paypal. We can’t except Monopoly Money at this time but keep checking! And don’t worry about the safety of your personal information on our site. We guard it very well and if you are still concerned please read our “Privacy Policy”.


Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?


A. We will ship anywhere you like as long as you live inside the continental United States. Sorry to all my Canadian friends! We will let you know when we turn the switch and start shipping outside the United States.


Q. How do I return an item?


A. that is a very good question and we will help to ensure that you are looked after way better than any fast food joint you visit. Please refer to our “Return Policy” listed on our home page for all the details.


Q. How can I find out about an item I purchase that donates money to Autism?


A. We will post quarterly updates on our website listing the money we raise for Autism. You can find this on our Partners link on our home page.

Well this is a Charity that is very dear to our hearts and our Families. When a child family member is diagnosed with Autism it makes for many life changing challenges ahead. We want and need a cure and this is our way to help people very close to us and other around the world!


Q. Can I buy more than one item that you post on any given day?


A. These items will typically be one time buys for us and we always want to spread the deals so we will probably have some limits. We will post the maximum that we can allow you to purchase. In special cases please email us and we will respond to you with what we can do.


Q. Can I buy bulk?


A. If you are reading this we recommend you read the question and answer above. Still wondering…you will be limited to the amounts listed at the time of the sale.


Q. Where do you guys get all the great deals?


A. Well we could tell you but then we would have to tell everyone. Now that wouldn’t be any fun. We work very hard and travel all around the world looking for deals we can pass on to you. We don’t like Big Box Retailers or all those other online big guys that sell at much higher prices than us. “We buy for less and sell for less!!”


Q. What happens when you sell out of an item?


A. We will post the next item in line to be sold. Our quantities vary on every item posted so don’t waste any time pondering if you should buy it. The item is going to be the lowest price online or from a Big Box Retailer…we just don’t mark it up like them…we’re not greedy! With that said, if you happen to receive a defective product we suggest contacting us as soon as possible because once that item is sold out we probably will not be able to replace it. Q. What are “Crazy Buck$”?


A. Well here is another great question. We wanted to find a way to reward our members so we came up with “Crazy Buck$”. Basically when you register with us and buy stuff we give you “Crazy Buck$” you can use on future purchases on posted sale items. Unfortunately “Crazy Buck$” can not be used for charity items you add to your orders. Please refer to our tab on our home page “Crazy Buck$” for more details.


Q. How do I redeem my “Crazy Buck$”?


A. You will have to look in your account at your accumulated “Crazy Buck$” and in the appropriate field upon checkout, key in the amount you would like to redeem for your order. The “Crazy Buck$” will be deducted from your item purchased. Taxes, charity items and shipping charges will still apply to the full amount. You will not be able to spend more than you have…we leave that to the Fed’s to keep doing. And “no” we are not going down that nasty political road that just gets everyone upset!


Q. How do I Earn “Crazy Buck$”?


A. To earn “Crazy Buck$” you have to buy stuff. We will tell you how many “Crazy Buck$” you can earn with each posted item. If you buy more than one item we will multiply how many items you purchased by how many “Crazy Buck$” are offered.


Q. Why are they called “Crazy Buck$”?


A. We do not know…if you have a better name please let us know and we will definitely look at the suggestion!
